Returns

Any item can be returned for a refund or exchange within 28 days of receiving your original order.

To start the refund process, email hello@somethingfromjupiter.com with your order number.

Before returning your goods, please make sure they are unused, in their original packaging, with any labels and tags still attached.

The cost of returning the goods to us is your responsibility.

If the goods received are incorrect or faulty we will arrange a refund of postage costs on receipt of the return package.

The goods are your responsibility until they reach us, therefore please retain proof of posting.

The original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the goods are damaged or incorrect.

Once we have received your package, your return will be processed within 5 working days. We’ll send you an email to let you know once we’ve processed your return with the details of any refunds and exchanged items.

After you have received our email please allow up to 20 working days for the money to appear in your account.
